You can choose from a range of treatment options of Tinnitus-specific counselling sessions (including CBT, ACT, mindfulness training), and/or a range of sound therapies and equipment, as well as advice, guidance and information.
Alternatively you might not be ready for formal therapy, but just need a "listening ear".
